Prior to Ms. Burks retirement as Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations, she successfully conducted thousands of employment decisions through her more than 25 years of executive level experience, education, training, and extensive knowledge of employment law. She was responsible for saving our college potentially millions of dollars in legal fees associated with employment and employee issues.”
